This site competes with site 46 for being the most private site in the Devils Playground campground. The problem is one I am only imagining now that I’m not there to test it out. The campsite is very close to the vault toilet bathrooms for the Juniper group area. I suppose you could consider this convenient to have a bathroom close by. To me, the potential, especially on a hot day, is that this site is gonna smell the toilets. This probably isn’t an issue if it’s 65 degrees or cooler outside, that will keep the smells down.
Perhaps someone who camps in this site would comment about whether there’s a smell.
Otherwise this is a delightful site, really set away from other sites (for being in the back loop), and there’s nice scenery behind the site. I can’t speak for a tent pad at this site, once I get comments enabled, perhaps others can post their thoughts on this too.
